A. Walker Web Works will not give or sell our client email addresses, personal information or credit card data to anyone at any time, ever, unless we are ordered to do so by the courts of the federal government of these United States.
B. We do not allow members that display material that exploits children, or otherwise
exploits children under 18 years of age
C. We do not allow members that provide, sells or offers to sell the following products or
content (or services related to the same): pornography or illicitly
pornographic sexual products; escort services; illegal goods; illegal
drugs; illegal drug contraband; pirated computer programs; instructions
on how to assemble or otherwise make bombs, grenades or other weapons
D. We do not allow members that provide material that is grossly offensive, including blatant
expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity
or post any obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent,
harassing or otherwise objectionable content
E. We do not allow members that sell or promotes any products or services that are unlawful
in the location at which the content is posted or received
F. We do not tolerate verbal abuse or harassing of our staff members. We will do all we can to help in any way we can, but if you become unruly or disrespectful or abusive to a member of our staff then any and all services that we provide to you will be terminated without notice pending review.
G. Walker Web Works reserves the right to substitute services depending upon current availablity. For example: If a service offers exit traffic we may substitute that with guaranteed traffic. Or, if a service offers double opt-in mailings we may substitue another form of emarketing, such as but not limited to: exit traffic, pop-under traffic, safelist mailings, ffa submissions, etc. Substitutions may be made without notifying the members and are made solely at the discretion of the network administrator.
H. We do not allow members that engage in any libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening,
harassing activity
I. We do not allow members that post any content that advocates, promotes or otherwise
encourages violence against any governments, organizations, groups or
individuals or which provides instruction, information or assistance in
causing or carrying out such violence
J. We do not allow members that file complaints with payment processors without first seeking resolution through all possible avenues. A member must first submit a support request and then must wait five (5) business days for a reply from the support staff.
In the event that a buyer files a complaint with a payment processor, we will allow the payment processor to formally rule on the complaint, if the payment processor finds in favor of the buyer we will gladly issue the buyer the full refund & allow the buyer to continue to use the service purchased at no cost to the buyer. However, if the payment processor deems that the buyer is in fact NOT entitled to a refund, then we will promtly blacklist the buyer on all 3600+ services that we own/manage/lease out to other companies. Being blacklisted will cause all ads sent by the buyer to auto-delete (dev/null). This will directly affect all purchases past, present & future. We hope that this policy helps reduce fraudulent buyer claims and "weed-out" the scammers and crooks.
K. I agree to keep an active subscription to services, a cancelled subscription is the same as a request to be removed from service.
L. I am 18 years of age or older.
M. All the information provided on any form submitted by me is true.
N. If I choose to pay monthly, I will be billed around 30 days before due date of each month
regardless of when I signed up. If I choose to pay annually, I will be billed for 12
months regardless of the day of the month I sign up. A 50% late fee applies if payment is not received within 30 days of date of invoice. Accounts remaining unpaid after 45 days will be terminated and all files purged from our system.
O. If I place pornographic content on my site or if I make any attempts to hack into
the Walker Web Works servers, I agree to accept any appropriate action that Walker Web Works may take against me. For example: Deactivation of my account without
prior notice and a full investigation. In severe cases the proper authorities will be
informed.
P. The right to refuse a new customer or cancel an existing customer's account shall be at the sole discretion of Walker Web Works.
Q. Under no circumstances shall Walker Web Works be liable for any
direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service, or for third parties' use of the service to access your Web space, or to access the Internet or any part thereof, or your or any third parties' reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. If you are dissatisfied with Walker Web Works service or any
of its terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and
exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.
R. Walker Web Works provides no guarantee that the service will be
uninterrupted or error free, but will do their best to prevent this from happening and will also do their best to make the necessary repairs/modifications to get the service up and running as quickly as possible.
S. My use of this service is at my sole risk. Walker Web Works is not
responsible for files and data residing on my account. I agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Walker Web Works servers. I also take full responsibility for
the misuse of my account for unlawful purposes. For example but not limited to: Spamming, Junk/Bulk E-mailing, Hacking, Adult Material, etc.
T. Walker Web Works maintains regular back-ups of all
data on our system but I am responsible to have all my data backed up and ready to be restored should there be a system failure.
U. I may cancel my account at anytime by terminating my subscription with the payment processor. I understand that it is not Walker Web Works' responsibility to do this for me.
V. Walker Web Works disclaims all warranties, representations or endorsements, express or implied, with regard to the information accessed from, or via, this server or the Internet, including, but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
W. Walker Web Works reserves the right to monitor, suspend, revoke, or otherwise limit access to its services at any time; on an individual or general basis; at Walker Web Works's sole discretion.
X.When a refund is issued, the buyer will be blocked from using our server. This means that the person will be blacklisted and lose access to any and all memberships that are based on any of our servers. There is a fee of $99 to be removed from our blacklist. Being blacklisted is a serious condition as the person being blacklisted will be losing access to the submitter services of over 3600 online marketing programs.
Y.The average life of a submitter list is 45 days. The lists are advertised at the number of lists or individuals that were loaded at the time of release of the program to the public. At the time you purchase the program the lists may not be as fresh or responsive as when the program was originally released. At times we may ask for a donation or for you to upgrade your membership to keep a program responsive.
Z. Submission services are costly and require a certain amount of money to constantly do, in the event that this certain amount of money is not generated by affiliate sales or new customers to cover a days services the services will be offset for that day. Your membership to any given service will not cease to exist, nor will you not be billed for the service, the ads simply will not be submitted for that day. It is your responsibility as affiliates and members to keep the service active with your promotions as well as ours.
